OT: my grandmother finally passed.

my grandmother officially passed today. my mom and sister called and told me.

this depresses me.

but this is really going to be a horrible weekend for my mom. cause her birthday's sunday.

pray, light candles, and/or think good thoughts for me.

I probably won't get to go to the funeral, since I was just in Texas a few weeks ago.

Nethilia, I'm so sorry. My condolences to you and your family.

It seems like the older I get, the more people are checking out of my life. I lost my dear brother April 1st. If I wasn't into my dolls, I think I would seriously lose my mind. Or maybe I have and don't know it. I try to keep busy, but it really does not work. Some days are good some not so good. I guess it is the circle of life, but it really blows chunks!

I will keep positive thoughts for you and yours. I am so sorry this happened just days before your Mom's birthday.

I am so sorry for you loss, it must be hard not being able to be there for the funeral. I am sure you mom will miss you....it is not easy getting older...

My prayers are with you. "Earth has no sorrows that heaven cannot heal" I will especially lift your mother up in prayer too. Losing a mother is a blow and something one will never forget. You just learn to live with it. Life does go on.

Your Mom will be okay though, in time. Time is a great healer. My Mom's funeral was on Valentine's Day 2002. I thought Valentine's day would never be the same for me again and would also make me sad. It does not though and never did.

I have such wonderful and precious memories of my Mom. That in itself is one of the things that got me through a very trying time in my life. GOD will take care of you and your family.
